Water Safety Ireland’s focus is on public awareness and education. Tragically, an average of 118 people drown each year in Ireland. WSI feel that this is simply unacceptable considering that most fatalities are avoidable.

Dundalk Institute of Technology (DKIT) is the focal point for higher education and research on the Belfast-Dublin corridor, serving the North Leinster, South Ulster region of Ireland.

The Thomas Francis Meagher Foundation was established in 2013 to promote pride in, and respect for, the Irish flag and the understanding of its symbolism and meaning for peace.
First flown by Thomas Francis Meagher in Waterford in 1848, the Irish tricolor flag is an iconic symbol that generates worldwide respect. Each year on the eve of St. Patrick’s Day on the 16th of March, the Thomas F. Meagher Foundation’s Annual Flag Day takes place in secondary schools across the State.
Flag Day gives schools the opportunity to celebrate Active Citizenship & Inclusivity in their school community and to enter the Awards & Scholarship Program.

The Shona Project educates, empowers and inspires today’s girls in Ireland to become tomorrow’s strong, confident, and curious young women. Through school workshops, leadership programmes, and mentorship, it supports girls in navigating challenges like mindset, friendships, and self-worth.

The Irish Taekwon-Do Association (ITA) is the national governing body for ITF Taekwon-Do in Ireland, operating under the umbrella of the Irish Martial Arts Commission (IMAC) — the Sport Ireland-recognised National Governing Body for martial arts.

The B!G Idea is an award-winning education programme that empowers students to think creatively, take ownership, and develop solutions to real-world challenges that matter to them. Working with schools across Ireland, students engage with key themes including Climate Action, Mental Health, Achieving Equality, Tackling Poverty, and AI for Humanity. Through a hands-on, project-based approach, they build essential skills such as creative thinking, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.

The Alzheimer Society of Ireland is the leading dementia-specific service provider in Ireland. The ASI works across the country in the heart of local communities, providing dementia-specific services and supports and advocating for the rights and needs of all people living with dementia and their carers.

Teen-Turn aims to provide teen girls, particularly those from underserved areas, the opportunity to gain hands-on STEM experience so that they can visualise themselves in those kinds of careers and therefore make third-level course choices accordingly. Through after-school activities, work placements, mentoring, and alumnae networking and career development programming, they have supported 1500+ girls from Junior Cert to Job.

Team Hope works with communities to transform children’s lives by tackling poverty and inequality through their Christmas Shoebox Appeal, sustainable development projects and raising awareness of poverty’s causes and impacts.
