Challenge Partners
Certified Irish Angus
Award Level: Bronze, Silver, Gold
Challenge Area: Community Involvement, Personal Skill
About: Certified Irish Angus is a farmer-led organisation supporting the production and promotion of Certified Irish Angus beef in Ireland, with education and engagement with the next generation central to its work. The Certified Irish Angus Schools Competition, delivered in partnership with ABP and Kepak, is a national programme for second-level students.
Throughout the competition, students build practical knowledge and develop skills in teamwork, communication, research, leadership, public speaking and project management.
Code Club
Award Level: Bronze, Silver, Gold
Challenge Area: Personal Skill
About: Code Club is a global community of free clubs where young people develop the skills and confidence to become digital tech creators. Code Clubs offer a space for young people of all ages and experience levels to develop a deeper understanding of technology. They are held in community venues such as schools and libraries and are run by educators and volunteers, with support and resources from the Raspberry Pi Foundation.
Mountaineering Ireland
Award Level: Bronze, Silver, Gold
Challenge Area: Physical Recreation
About: Mountaineering Ireland is the National Governing Body for hillwalking and climbing on the island of Ireland. Their role is to represent the interests of hillwalkers and climbers and to advocate for Ireland’s mountains. Their work includes, but is not limited to, promoting responsible participation in hillwalking and climbing, improving access and protecting the mountain and cliff environment and encouraging skills development and training.
Met Éireann
Award Level: Bronze
Challenge Area: Community Involvement
About: Met Éireann is Ireland's National Meteorological Service. Its mission is to monitor, analyse and predict Ireland's weather, climate and flooding, through the provision of world-class services that help to protect life and property, and promote wider societal and economic well-being.
The Learning Hub – Leinster House
Award Level: Bronze
Challenge Area: Personal Skill
About: The Learning Hub at Leinster House is an education initiative led by the Oireachtas Parliamentary Education Team that brings learning to life by engaging students with Irish democracy.
No Name Club
Award Level: Bronze, Silver
Challenge Area: Community Involvement
About: No Name Clubs are run by, and for, young people aged 15 -18, and enable young members to organise and enjoy positive alternatives to alcohol and drug-centred activities. It increases awareness of the effects of alcohol and drugs, to help young people make informed choices when they are older.
Jigsaw
Award Level: Bronze
Challenge Area: Personal Skill
About: Jigsaw offers both online and in-person services around the country. The organisation provides mental health advice and support to young people aged 12–25 years old, and aims to give families, educators, and those who support young people’s mental health ways to cope and the skills to be there for young people. Using their collective power, knowledge and expertise, Jigsaw makes sure that youth mental health is a national and local priority.
Languages Connect
Award Level: Bronze
Challenge Area: Community Involvement, Personal Skill
About: The Languages Connect awareness campaign is being delivered by Post Primary Languages Ireland (PPLI) in partnership with a growing number of partners. It promotes foreign languages to a wide audience.
parkrun Ireland
Award Level: Bronze, Silver, Gold
Challenge Area: Physical Recreation, Community Involvement
About: parkrun is a free, weekly, 5k and 2k community event in multiple open spaces across Ireland. People walk at parkrun, others jog, some run, many volunteer, and a few do a bit of everything. You can take part however you want, at whatever speed you want. Everyone is welcome, and nobody comes last – there is a tail walker volunteer for that!
Women’s Mini Marathon
Award Level: Bronze, Silver, Gold
Challenge Area: Physical Recreation
About: The Women's Mini Marathon is a 10k road race, which takes place every June bank holiday weekend in Dublin city centre. It is the largest women's event of its kind in the world.
Oxfam Ireland

About: Oxfam is a global organisation that fights to end poverty and injustice. Through their work, Oxfam improves and saves the lives of those hardest hit by poverty and injustice and campaigns for a fairer, more sustainable world.
Kinia
