Gaisce – The President’s Award invites tenders from suitably qualified providers to undertake a discovery, specification, cost analysis and delivery planning phase for the proposed development of a new digital participant platform.
This phase of work will inform strategic decision-making, budgeting and a subsequent procurement process for full platform development and delivery.
