Programme Breakdown
Druid Padel’s programme supports participants’ development across physical, personal, and social areas in a fun and inclusive environment. Through regular activity, young players improve their fitness, coordination, and overall physical wellbeing.
As a doubles-based sport, padel naturally encourages teamwork, communication, and mutual support, helping participants build confidence and develop strong interpersonal skills.
Players are also introduced to goal-setting and personal progression, fostering a sense of achievement and motivation over time.
By creating a welcoming and social space, the programme helps young people connect with others, develop a sense of belonging, and build positive habits that support their long-term wellbeing and active lifestyles.
