Programme Breakdown
Volunteering is a terrific way for parkrun communities to enhance their health and happiness. Volunteering is fundamental to delivering and supporting parkrun events each week whilst providing a range of physical, social and mental health benefits.
People walk at parkrun, others jog, some run, many volunteer, and a few do a bit of everything! You can take part however you want, at whatever speed you want. Everyone is welcome and nobody comes last – there is a tail walker volunteer for that!
