Gaisce – The President’s Award is delighted to announce the appointment of Jennifer Gallagher to the position of Project Officer with the organisation. She joins the Operations and Development team, where she will be supporting adults delivering the Gaisce programme to young people in custody and the youth justice sector, expanding Gaisce’s reach, building connections, and more.
Before joining the Gaisce team, Jennifer’s work experience was in Youth Work, beginning as a volunteer and transitioning to a full-time Youth Worker after completing a BA in Community Sports Leadership at DKIT. Throughout her career, she has supported young people in making positive life choices within a safe and secure environment. Jennifer feels privileged to work with young people and witness their growth into adulthood. She believes in offering young people new experiences and is excited to help organisations provide these opportunities through their Gaisce journey.
